THE HIDDEN REASON YOU ARE ALWAYS TIRED
Jul 13, 2025
LACKING ENERGY FOR NO REASON?
You’re doing everything you were told would lead to better energy and focus.
You eat well. You move your body. You meditate. You get your 8 hours sleep.
But somehow… you're still drained. Foggy. Stuck in low gear.
This was me back in 2023.
I thought I was doing everything properly, but something still felt off. That’s when I started asking myself the question that changed everything:
What if the problem isn’t inside me—but around me?
THE HIDDEN DRAIN ON YOUR ENERGY
Here’s where things got interesting…
While I was working through a skin condition in 2023, I also struggled with unexplained fatigue and mental fog. That led me down a rabbit hole of research.
And that’s when I found it: Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs).
It wasn’t the cause of my skin flares—but it was silently draining my focus, energy, and clarity—which led to weakening my immune system.
And I had no clue it was even happening.
EMFS: WHAT YOU CAN’T SEE CAN IMPACT YOU
EMFs are invisible waves of energy. They come from everything connected to the internet:
- Your phone
- Wi-Fi router
- Laptop
- Smartwatch
- Bluetooth headphones
- Even your smart fridge
They’re part of modern life now.
If this is new for you, I break it down more fully in my earlier blog:
How to Eliminate Brain Fog and Fatigue with EMF Protection
WHY 5G CHANGES EVERYTHING
Now let’s zoom in on the real disruptor: 5G.
Most people don’t realize how much 5G changes the EMF game.
5G operates on millimeter waves, which carry more data—but travel a much shorter distance.
To work properly, 5G needs many more antennas, much closer together. Think one small tower every 100–300 feet—on your streetlight, near schools, in parks. (Source)
So even if you’re not holding your phone, you’re still swimming in invisible signals from all directions.
HOW AI ADDS TO THE LOAD
Now layer in AI.
AI doesn’t just live in your laptop. It powers your smart home system, fitness tracker, Alexa device, car navigation, and even voice assistants.
These tools are constantly “on,” gathering data, sending signals, and talking to the cloud. The more AI we use, the more our devices stay wirelessly connected 24/7.
In fact, in 2023, the average home had over 21 smart devices constantly connected to Wi-Fi. (Source)
More smart tech = more EMFs.
That’s why, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), EMFs are now one of the fastest-growing environmental exposures on the planet. (Source)
WHAT EMFS ARE DOING TO YOUR BODY
Your body is electric. Your heart beats and your brain thinks using subtle bioelectric signals.
Now imagine all that being interrupted by constant outside stimulation.
Here’s what studies are showing:
- EMFs may trigger oxidative stress, linked to fatigue and inflammation (Source)
- Long-term exposure is connected to certain tumors in animals (Source)
- Heavy phone use may lower sperm quality (Source)
- EMFs can disrupt deep sleep and brainwave rhythms (Source)
Even bees absorb up to 370% more radiation from 5G waves compared to older tech. (Source)
If it’s affecting the smallest organisms on the planet… what’s it doing to your cells?
WHAT I DISCOVERED IN MY BEDROOM
I needed proof—so I tested it myself.
Curious and a little skeptical, I bought an EMF meter.
I scanned every room.
And the place with the highest EMF reading?
My bedroom.
Ironically, this was the space I had put the most effort into optimizing. I was initially thrilled with my smart bed—it synced with our home Wi-Fi to track my sleep cycles, breathing, stress levels, and even snoring patterns.
It felt like a wellness upgrade.
But it turned out to be one of the biggest EMF sources in the room.
The space meant for deep rest and healing was buzzing with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth devices, smart bulbs—and my phone charging inches from my head.
That was the wake-up call.
SIMPLE CHANGES THAT HELPED
I didn’t ditch all my devices—I just started using them differently.
Here’s what helped me the most:
- Turned off Wi-Fi at night
- Put my phone on airplane mode before sleep
- Left my devices outside the bedroom
- Unplugged my smart bed for good
- Spend more time outdoors
- And… started using EMF protection tools
THE ONE DEVICE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
Over the past year, I’ve tried a handful of EMF protection gadgets—wearables, plug-ins, and stickers.
Some helped a little. Some did nothing.
But when I bought my first Aires devices in November 2024, I felt a noticeable shift.
These tools don’t block EMFs—they harmonize the chaotic frequencies so your body doesn’t have to fight them.
And that made all the difference.
THE RESULTS I FELT
Within a few days:
- My sleep was deeper
- My brain felt clearer
- My nervous system felt calmer
I now wear the Aires Flex necklace daily and use their Zone Max device, which protects an area up to 139 feet (about 40 meters) in diameter—covering my home office and bedroom without needing to plug anything in. It’s a small thing that creates a big sense of calm.
EASY CHANGES YOU CAN START TODAY
You don’t need to fear your devices—just use them more intentionally.
✅ UNPLUG WHEN YOU CAN
- Turn off your modem and router at night
- Use airplane mode while sleeping
✅ KEEP DISTANCE
- Use speakerphone or wired earbuds
- Keep at least 3 feet away from your phone while it’s charging
✅ GROUND YOURSELF
- Walk barefoot on the beach or on grass at parks
- Take screen-free time in nature
✅ SUPPORT YOUR BODY WITH PROTECTION
Aires is the only brand I’ve personally felt results from.
Their devices are based on science, and more importantly—for me—they work.
That's why I’ve partnered with them to give you 25% off on all their wearables and home devices.

FINAL THOUGHTS
If your energy is low, your sleep is light, or your mind feels foggy—EMFs could be the hidden factor.
We can’t control the tech around us. But you can support your body to handle it better.
Your body is wise. Let’s help it stay calm, focused, and resilient.
You don’t have to live at the mercy of invisible stress.
Start protecting your energy—so you can sleep better, focus sharper, and feel like YOU again.
