2) REFRAME THE MEANING 

Instead of saying “I’m not progressing,” remind yourself “I’m growing at my own pace, and every step counts.”

 

3) ANCHOR CONFIDENCE 

Close your eyes, recall a powerful moment of success, and relive it fully. That emotion becomes your anchor. Use it whenever doubt creeps in.
